Lo's & Furniture offers delivery within a 100-mile radius from our warehouse in Houston. If further than 100 miles (additional charges may apply), please contact us to see what we can do for you.

Same Day Delivery or Pick Up

• Ensuring Your Delivery Is A Smooth And Successful Experience 

• We pride ourselves in making furniture buying at Your Company as satisfying and hassle-free as possible, from your in-store experience to delivery.

• The very same day your furniture arrives, we will call to inform you of our next available delivery date.

• Two days before your delivery, we will call you with your 3-hour time window.

• To serve our customers more effectively, our delivery office personnel maintain close contact with our drivers throughout the day.

• Our drivers may call up to 1 hour prior to arriving for the delivery if requested.

• Our drivers have years of experience delivering furniture. They are experienced in making difficult deliveries and look for various options in making successful deliveries.

• Our furniture is carefully packed and wrapped during the transport to the delivery destination.

• Due to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily, we are unable to request any specific time frames. For this reason, it is best that you choose a delivery date when someone can be available at any time. For your convenience, you may provide us with a call-ahead number and our drivers will contact you when they are on their way.

• Of course there can always be unforeseen delays, such as accidents, traffic tie- ups or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated throughout the day if there are any such delays. 

Delivery Preparation Requirements

• All orders must be paid in full at the time that the orders are scheduled.

• Please have the room cleared of old furniture.

• Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways cleared of obstruction and debris.

• Please notify office of any special arrangements regarding a difficult delivery. Ex. narrow hallways and/or   doorways, 2nd floor, etc.

• Due to our insurance liability policy, Your Company drivers cannot:

• Deliver your old furniture to another address.

• Move any electronic equipment.

• Due to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily, your order will be prepared for delivery 48 hours in advance. For this reason, we will be unable to cancel a delivery within 3 days of the scheduled date. If you should cancel a delivery within this time, you may be subject to a $50 fee.

• Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction.

• Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries.

• A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied if the delivery is cancelled less than 48 hours of your delivery date.

Refunds

• A 90% refund will be issued on an undelivered order cancelled within three (3) days of the sale date. After three (3) days, but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% for stock items and no refund for special orders, floor samples and clearance items will apply. The balance will be refunded.

• Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made, i.e. by check or credit card. Checks are mailed after a 10 day waiting period. Cash deposits will be refunded by check.

• Merchandise reselections or refund is available if it is returned in the original condition within 7 days of delivery or pick up. There is a 10% fee for all returned stock items and no refund for special orders, floor samples and clearance items. Original delivery and pick up fees are not refundable.

• Excludes delivery fees. A refund request must be made to a member of management within the first 7 days. Refunds can only be made if the merchandise is in new condition. AS-IS One Only Mattress and Box Spring Items are not refundable or exchangeable, otherwise prohibited by law.

• All refunds will be issued in the same form as they were accepted to the person or persons listed in the invoice, except for cash. If your original payment was a cash payment, a refund check will be issued by our home office within 10 days and will be mailed to you by the store.

Warranties 

• Manufacturers warranties apply to most furnishings available today. No manufacturer warranty claims can be honored without proof of purchase.

• We make no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the wearing quality and colorfastness of the upholstery fabrics.
